What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)

Quantities could vary based on fabric quality, but our base minimums are:
S. Korea: 250 pieces per style in 4 different colors or prints and different sizes for total of 1,000 pieces.
Vietnam: 300 pieces per style in up to 10 colors or prints and different sizes or total of 3,000 pieces. 
Cambodia: For high volume orders as needed. 

What do I need to prepare to proceed with sampling?

To proceed with sampling, you'll need to provide a tech pack, BOM, and artworks for your logo and printed pattern, if applicable. The artwork files should be in AI format with editable vector graphics. If you are not prepared with these required files, please contact us for further guidance. It's also important to provide fabric type and composition, as they are crucial for the sampling process. If you're uncertain about these details, you can submit a reference sample for us to assess the fabric quality.

What type of garments are you specialized in:

Our specialties are in two sections: 

#1) Active sportswear garments, ie: Golf wear, technical yoga wear, tennis and pickle ball apparel.

#2) Life Style garments, ie: Athleisure apparel, lounge wear and prepared for garment dye apparel.

What is your production lead time: 

Production lead time is an average of 90 days, x-mill (plus shipping). Timing may vary based on volume.

Can you do rush orders?

Yes, there is a rush fee applied to your purchase order for all rushed items. Please note: non-negotiable rush fees, calculated by the day, accompany all rush orders.

What is cost difference between Korea and Vietnam? 

Korea costs are higher, but are duty free, which allows customers to achieve similar price totals as our other production locations. Vietnam does have duty but costs are lower which makes up for the duty cost. We recommend larger volume orders above 3,000 pieces to be moved to Vietnam as needed for costing. 

Can you assist me in special made to order of trims, tags, bags and all accessories based on my brand? 

Yes we can. Our souring offices in Guangzhou can produce all kind of trims and accessories possible efficiently. 

Please note, in case you have a nominated supplier, we can purchase from them directly. 

Can you provide assistance in print development and art design work? 

Yes we can, all you need to give us is the print idea and your color theme, our print gurus will assist you in the best way possible. We will provide color prints to choose from and submit strike-offs for your approval. We also have a great variety of confined prints you can choose from and recolor. Please note this development and design work will be at additional cost separate from garment production cost. 

Can you quote me shipping costs? 

Yes shipping costs are quoted based on location and method of shipping (Air or Boat)
